Wood FIred Pizza

Grown in Italy. Crafted In-House.

Our expert pizzaiolos craft genuine wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. The 00 flour, tomato sauce and Fior di Latte mozzarella are all sourced from Naples. The dough is proved for longer resulting in a lighter crust. Cooked in the wood-fired oven, every pizza has a unique smokey flavour and is authentically charred, something that is impossible to replicate with a gas or traditional home oven. Our coffee is 100% traceable to origin, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance and Soil Association Approved, making sure every bean is good for its growers, the environment, and our customers. Our coffees are all available decaffeinated too. Oat & Soya milk is available upon request

We source gluten free bread, pasta and buns to cater for guests with a gluten intolerance. Dishes marked with GF are made with non gluten containing ingredients. Our dishes marked with GFA have non gluten containing alternatives available, and can be altered upon request.
